About Us
Dr. Groman has helped adults and children with visual problems related to Headaches, Motion Sickness, Balance Problems, Physical Pains, AD(H)D, Autism, PDD, Stroke, Head Injuries, Educational Difficulties, Developmentally Delays, Non-verbal Learning Disabilities, Reading and Learning Problems, Lazy Eye and many other vision-related challenges.
Sometimes patients know that their problems relate to their vision when they come into his office, but sometimes they think that these problems are due to other causes, when in fact, it really is their vision that is at the root of their difficulties.
Our Team
Dr. Darrell Groman, O. D.
Dr. Groman is noted for practicing behavioral and developmental optometry, meaning that he addresses the patient as a whole rather than just their eye sight. Sight and vision are distinctly different. Vision is the result of the communication between the two eyes and the brain. Humans behave based on how well their vision functions. Vision is a learned skill and can be improved and enhanced at any age no matter what challenges may be present.
